Personal Accident - Schools
THE POLICY
Catholic Church Insurances Limited currently issues several different types of personal accident policies for students, namely policies such as: Student Work Experience cover and School Excursion/Camps cover.
WHO NEEDS THIS COVER?
Catholic schools and colleges.
DEDUCTIBLE/EXCESS
No excess is applicable to this insurance.
LIMITS OF LIABILITY
The limits of liability generally include, maximum of $5,000 for death, and maximum benefits as per the schedule.
FIRE SERVICE LEVIES and STAMP DUTY
Stamp duty is added to premiums with the amount varying from state to state.
FEATURES and BENEFITS
The cover can be granted for selected students and for short periods of time (usually one or two weeks).
Additional benefits include benefits for days off school and tuition fees.
TAKING OUT A POLICY
Catholic Church Insurances Limited will assist in obtaining information necessary for providing a quotation or issuing a policy.
Claims should be lodged with Catholic Church Insurances Limited as soon as possible by telephoning 1300 655 001. All claims processing is to be done through Melbourne Operations.
